Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, with a beautiful setting and great socializing spots. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, but there were some issues with noise. The service was mixed, with a few friendly faces but some unprofessional behavior. The dining experience had both positive and negative moments. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were beautiful, though yet to be remodeled, with stains everywhere and the toilet not properly attached to the floor, offering a view of the indoor pool through a glass door. The service was very helpful and gracious, meeting our needs, with cheerful and helpful workers during the remodeling. The location looked great and would be nice, especially for kids, with a surprising nightly rate under $60. The dining experience, while adequate, needs improvements as reported by other guests. Overall, the hotel provides value for money with some drawbacks that need attention.
The hotel's rooms had a vintage feel, making quite a bit of noise when turned on, which was a drawback. However, they were mostly clean, though there was a hint of chemical masking mold. Being accessible from the atrium was convenient, allowing easy movement between the pool, breakfast, and our room.
